You think we can achieve Empires of the Minds by 2023? That gives us 1 year to prepare for 2024 Jerusalem Homecoming. Actually let's think small. Let's think RM5 million. Kinda scanty but if we are talking bare minimum, that will be it. RM1 million for each of us. Very very scanty.
Otherwise we need RM20 million. That is our base. That's why RM97 million is the ideal figure for us to plan for 22 years. Of course we will take what ever amount above RM20 million.

OK Sarah let's work the math. RM1 million at 6% interest is RM60 K a year. That gives you RM5 k a month. With that kind of money you cannot afford a house (RM2 k). Car is another RM1 k.
