Well it has nothing to with the psychology of smoking. I just need cigarettes to induce dopamine. The alternative way is to do it with either food or exercise. Nowadays I don't smoke like a chimney because I have Nicorette and the supplementary oils. Otherwise I will be fidgeting for a smoke every 30 minutes.
