13/9/18 ***Stay focus, discipline and consistent

I almost lose focus this morning.  I was tempted to smoke pot.

I must remember that my priorities are fresh air, thin and fast.  Each is dependent on the other.

I cannot afford to break the current routine.  It is only one month.

Should not allow sugar to creep in.  Need to control insulin.

Damn, after 40 days, I smoked 3 cigarettes from the Coconut Man.

I need to remember back why I quit: 

  • I don't want to waste money
  • I wan to be the athlete warrior
  • I want to remain healthy
  • I want to run the 2020 Marathon
NO MORE CIGARETTES AFTER THIS.
