I must remember that my priorities are fresh air, thin and fast. Each is dependent on the other.
I cannot afford to break the current routine. It is only one month.
Should not allow sugar to creep in. Need to control insulin.

Damn, after 40 days, I smoked 3 cigarettes from the Coconut Man.
I need to remember back why I quit:
- I don't want to waste money
- I wan to be the athlete warrior
- I want to remain healthy
- I want to run the 2020 Marathon
NO MORE CIGARETTES AFTER THIS.
