3/9/18 ***Everything done right day

Yes indeed.  Plenty of sleep.  One hour exercise in the morning.  Ketogenic Lunch (the fats really make a difference).  Coconut for desert.  Splendid hair cut.  Afternoon walk.  Just by doing all these, I am already experiencing bliss.

Exercise is king, nutrition is queen.  When you put them together you have a kingdom.  Very true indeed.  I did both today and I can feel the well-being happening.

Dinner was 2 beef burgers and vege soup.  I figured it didn't hurt to also have banana together with the meal.

I want to beat my siblings and friend in being healthy and living longer.

The goal I'm setting for myself is to run a marathon at 80.  Therefore this is a 36 years old journey.

The key milestones will look like this:

  • 2018 - Quit smoking and start running 10 km again.
  • 2019 - June, 21 km race
  • 2020 - Marathon
  • 2021 - Marathon and half marathon
  • 2022 - Marathon and half marathon
  • 2023 - Marathon and half marathon
  • 2024 - 2 Marathons
  • 2034 - Marathon and half marathon
  • 2041 - Marathon and half marathon
  • 2044 - Marathon
Running is my salvation.  I will run every day except Sunday.
