2/9/18 Sweat is my reward

Today we had a downpour.  So after it subsided, I went for a brisk walk.  It was drizzling.  With me was the iPod equipped with lectures from Napoleon Hill.

Nothing beats this moment.  While I was doing justice to my body, Napoleon steadily sculpted my mind.  It's a feeling I cannot describe.

Then it strike me, I should look forward to sweating everyday because it is my reward.  All the other thing we do in life is to support our livelihood.  It is when we sweat that we are at play.  I should not see sweat as a drudgery.  Sweat makes me feel good from inside out, unlike food which makes me feel good outside in.

Brb... sending Mopey back to campus.

The mindset for me now is I should be looking forward to my reward every morning and afternoon.  That is, I should sweat to feel good.  Not about eating to feel good anymore.

Once I cut off carbs, I will no longer seek comfort in carbs.  The less carbs the better.  Carbs damages the tissues at the cellular level,

Time to start reading about...  Heck, I read enough books already.  Now it's about producing result.  Oh well I read Relentless by Tim Grover.

Read, run, write.  I started running just now.  Very satisfying indeed.

Later Juice...  I read for a while before 11.00 pm
