16/9/18 ###Start Fresh

Let me start with a fresh perspective...

I will live my life as simple as possible - to be an Athlete Warrior.  To do this, here are a few rules:

  • I will not smoke cigarettes
  • I will chew Nicorettes only when it is necessary - makes me fat
  • I will not eat starch and sugar
  • I will eat LCHF OMAD on weekdays
  • And I exercise am and pm.
Very simple and very straight forward.  Everyday, to be on the right track, I only got to ask 5 questions:
  • Do I smoke?
  • Do I chew Nicorettes?
  • Do I eat sugar and starch?
  • Do I eat LCHF OMAD today?
  • Do I exercise today?
I found out today that Eclipse Mints is a good alternative for Nicorettes.

I should stick to the knitting.  No nicotine, no starch/sugar, OMAD and exercise daily.  Only 4  matters of concern in my life.

Anything else is part and parcel of these 4 matters.

3:40 pm - 4:40 pm:  2 loops Lembah Kiara.  BP 111/86.  I felt good.  Managed to run a bit on the second loop.

I can do this.  No cigarettes, no Nicorettes, LCHF OMAD and most importantly SWEAT am and pm.
