3/9/18 T-1 to 54

I woke up at 9.45 am today.  Had a good night sleep.  So instead of exercising at 7:00 am, I did a mall walk at 10:30 am.

It was a good session.  However I rather exercise in the outdoors.  The air is fresher.

I think I cut my hair today.  I like to feel light at the top my head.  On top of that it's my birthday tomorrow.

The basic question I got to ask is, "How do I lose 30 kg by 4/12/18?"

That is the key to the 10 km/hour target.

This is my strategy:

  • Walk 1 hour in the morning
  • Run 1 hour in the afternoon
  • Eat Ketogenic after 1:00 pm
  • Eat coconut Oil and butter before lunch (70% fat)
  • Eat magnesium, vitamins B & C, Fish Oil before lunch
  • Sleep at 12:00 am, wake up at 6:15 am
  • Avoid smokers
  • Avoid carbs and sugar at all costs

Living is what I do between running.

I did manage to stay away from carbs for lunch but I had a coconut after that.  No big deal.

I lost 1 kg so far and my BP had gone down below the line.
