Today I don't feel the low mood that I experienced last few days. Does this means I had passed the cigarette habit phase?
I still depend on the gum though. The cut of date is my birthday. I want to shake off the gum as well. Costs too much money.
Otherwise I feel great. I had a good sleep, no more short of breath and I don't feel like smoking.
Today I play tennis at 6:00 pm. So difficult to get court in the morning. There is a coach who always beat me to it.
The weather is pretty hot. Even with fan I still feel the hot air.

Sideline a bit... So far none of my beautification efforts works LOL. So rather than spending RM100 per tube on blackening my hair, I rather buy a RM10 per container Brylcreem that lasts the same amount of time. No more gray hair shampoo and gel. After all I can always use henna to blacken my hair. Only costs me RM22 every 2 months.
Or I say what the heck with gray hair and save some money. What do you think?
Hahaha... I'll try henna and see if I like it.
No big deal honey. this is my sideline hobby.
Anyway if the gray product works, I don't mind spending.
