It is possible with the Top of the Mind Share.

The Cybernetic Loop is quite simple:

• It must be positive
• It must be inspiring
• It must be collective
• It is geared towards future actions

* Yes, I cut the umbilical cord.

What's the point of having Putrajaya tailing on me if I cannot automate Cybernetic Loop?  With Kong Eu as Rex Montis, this is pretty straight forward.
