16/11/18 Let see how far I can push it


I purposely wanted to see how long I can sleep in the morning - up until 9:30 am.  Therefore yesterday was abnormal.  Also I feel fresh this morning.  I missed the run though but my point is I feel good having the extra sleep.

There had been days where I sleep long hours but I feel lethargic.  Today I feel great upon waking up.

As promised, I must write something about my 3 goals first thing in the morning:



Well my goal today is not to smoke even one cigarette.  That means I will not eat any coconut today.  Not smoking is easy when my mood is OK.  It is when I am depressed that I crave for cigarette to boost my spirit.  

So first win o[n] the day is to not smoke any cigarette.

Second win is to exercise EVEN when it rains.  This is easy.  I have the elliptical machine!  How come I didn't think of that before?  I can always do a 30 minutes at least.  Again it is about keeping the mood up.

Therefore what is the third win?  None other that MOOD MANAGEMENT.  I'll do more research on this today.  What food should I take to improve my mood.  

Hypothesis:
  1. LCHF - low insulin, ketones, weight loss
  2. MCT Oil - Efficient energy for Mitochondria, weight loss
  3. Fish Oil - Omega 3, inflamation
  4. Habbatus Sauda - Magnesium, Potassium, Calsium, B12, inflamation
  5. Butter - A, D, E, K
  6. Apple Cider Vinegar - Probiotic, weight loss
  7. Egg
  8. Chili
  • Lithium Carbonate - Alkaline
I need to stick to these that I had studied before and do further research.

Note:  Where do I get my B complex?  Need to find out.

I had a private talk with Sonny Rooster just now.  I asked him about my main weakness.  He said it was indecisiveness.  So from now on I will stick to my decisions.

I am in a good mood today and my mind is clear of brain fog.  I still feel the urge to smoke.  Dam[] you cigarette.  No more... no more...

Focus on benefit of 3 goals:
  • As long as I stay on track, I am a success
  • I will weigh 65 kg and able to wear my old clothes
  • I will be fast - 10 km/hour.  4:00 hours marathon
As a bonus:  I will beat this Bipolar illness.
