The way to do it is none other than through diet and exercise. We need to flood the Universe Within with nutrition and the feel good neurotransmitters.

Now that I can live my life to the fullest. I want to ensure I adhere to this commitment. To do so I need focus, discipline and consistency. Within this past 3 months since I quit smoking, my Universe Within is slowly thriving again. I manage to get rid of the inflammation by introducing the Black Seed Oil, the MCT Oil and Fish Oil. Initially it got worse during the healing crisis. Now I can exercise without pain.
Much can be improved in the area of diet and exercise. I am still miles away from being an Athlete Warrior.

Basically I got to be the best all the time. When the Universe Within prosper so will the external universe. Hence for things to change I must change first.
The tussle is no longer about action or inertia but rather cerebral delight or corporal satisfaction. Of course it is very tempting to delight the mind but sound mind comes from sound body.
The mind must be the servant of the body, not the other way around. A sound body produces a sound mind. Within the realm of the mind, it is the cerebellum that determine the overall well being of the whole ecosystem.
It will be nice if we can automate diet and exercise. However both require conscious effort. That is because we humans associate unhealthy sedentary lifestyle as pleasure. We are becoming hedonistic in our lifestyle,
It requires discipline. For every disciplined action there are multiple rewards.
My challenge is to develop a CONSISTENT successful set of habits. To do that I need to step out of the comfort zone albeit diet or exercise.
What we like is not necessary what is good for us. The child in me still like to eat unhealthy food. My mind still not conditioned to the idea that sweat is reward.
Thus I am now at the crossroad of change. Much like the solar eclipse. There will be the time of darkness. That's why I must endure; until the successful habits becomes permanent behaviors.

The journey is long and far. It begins with the first step, which is the burning desire. Burning desire comes from seeing the incremental improvement. Incremental improvement comes from daily action and daily action comes from burning desire. It is a continuous upward spiral. Hence the Cybernetic Loop.
