I am quite motivated to run today. The weather is refreshing and the sky is grey. A nice day to hit the tarmac.

I think I just do an easy run today. I'll wait for the garbage truck to pass.

Too many minds during the run; I was craving for Nasi Lemak (I had a muffin before the run), Els was on vacation, the heat was rising, there was a stench from the garbage truck etc. etc. Eventually I ended walking for 40 minutes.
Right after the walk, I went to buy the Super Combo and a Cucur Tepung (Flour Fritter).
