I decided to go with 16/8 IF LCHF on weekdays and regular meals on weekends when Mopey is back. So it is a cyclical Ketonegic. I will not be fat adapted this way because I need 2 weeks of keto diet to achieve that. What I hope by doing this method is to regulate my insulin surge as well as to reduce carbs intake.
It is better than the typical diet.
