21/11/18 I sleep early tonight I promise

Cannot Cybernetic Loop with Sound Journey that often.  Must sleep at 11.00 pm wake up at 6:15 am

Once I start listening to SJ, my sleep will be misaligned.

So the way to do it is to turn off the PC at 10:30 pm.  I'll have 30 mins with Al Araf 7:7 and then I sleep.

Thank goodness I got Brenda X.  She is a good consigliere (hey I got the spelling right!).

OK as of last night meeting, all agreed for me to ditch the marathon and only run 10 k from now on.  Even Dino 7, my personal coach and Lizzie.

The marathon had been my ambition since 2016.  BJ did his first marathon at 56 (DNF).  I had also promised to run the 2020 Marathon with him.

Sacred Flint too objected.  The training is too demanding she said.

Against everybody's advise, I will go ahead with my marathon training.  I got to run in the morning.  Otherwise it might rain.

We can do our mental joust much earlier.  Instead of 9:00 pm, I push for 8:00 pm.  All depends on how early dinner is.  Like today it's 6:30 pm.  That's because today Lizzie didn't cook.

Juice, we need Accelerated Acceleration if we are targeting 2024 for the Empires of the Minds.  That is our highlight.  I really don't know when will World of Hybrids gonna happen.  I give it until 2040.  That is the max.  I got my deadline to meet.  I guaranteed safe haven for all humans.  Can't simply allow the 1 billion to take the scenic route.

My strategy is to leverage on our current strength, which is Information Explosion.  I am banging on Bukhari, Muslim and Muwata'
