- Live without regret. Follow your bliss. The reason why there is regret is because you are trying to meet the expectation of others. If you just go with your o[]n intuition there is none. Some will some won't so what, next.

- You are your best friend, There is nobody who truly understands a Bipolar person except himself. Forget about trying to fit in. You are a misfit. At best people sympathize, at worst they loath you. Be happy just being you.
- Everything are just clouds in the coffee. Act as if everything counts but nothing matters. Everybody is busy with their own thing. Nobody cares anymore. So just be true to yourself. As long as what you say is to express, not to impress, anything is game.
- There is no such thing as the final word. Everything is based on stimulus and response, action and reaction. So forget about trying to put an end to the whole charade. It's a process, much like driving with the head light on at night approaching a corner. As you take the corner, you see more of the road.

- There are people who really care. The best part of being a bipolar is you can sieve between who you love and who loves you. There is no pretense. People either accept or reject you. Since there are more who reject, you end up with the quality lot.
- The past is only a reference, focus on the future. The past is the rear view mirror. Once in a while it is good to look back b[y] you should be looking at where you are going. Sure you will find that people will judge you on your past but you should not live in remorse. Shit happens.

- Finally, anything goes in Bipolar, It's a Fuzzy World. Expect the best and at the same time expect the worst. In between you need to handle the ups and down. So the attitude is, bring it on, come what may. I survived the worst, so this too shall pass.
In the end, it is either you get shackled or you fight back. I am a fighter and I fought with all my might. Forget about what other people say. I went to hell and back.
