15/11/18 ###Fighting a Good Fight

The first cause is to quit smoking.  Smoking is the most unnatural habit.  The lung is for Oxygen.  Not all the poisons coming from cigarettes.

This I will fight with all my might.  This year is the year I quit smoking.  I did it for 3 months.  I can do it for the rest of my life (OK the k and f was my doing).

No Coconut Man... no more coconut... no more cigarettes

I also must stop seeing BJ.  Otherwise I smoke dope.

I need to stay slim.  That is progressing well.

I need to be fast.  I need to complete the Couch to 10 k.

Basically I need to have a routine to keep me focused and disciplined.

The swimming must continue.

I got to be A Man with a Mission again.

It is important that I sleep at 11.00 am and wake up at 6.15 am.

I need to remind myself EVERY DAY why I should breathe fresh air, be thin and be fast.  Every day first thing I blog.

I must run or walk either morning or/and afternoon.
