23/11/18 I *[]race back my footsteps

* I take it that you want me to race.

OK, here is the plan.


  • Sleep at 11.00 pm and wakes up at 6.15 am
  • Coffee at 7:00 am
  • Run at 7:30 am
  • Be ready for Morning Show at 9:00 am (Final Hour)
  • Then Momentum 10:00 am to 11:00 am
  • House Chores 11:00 to 12:00 pm
  • 1:00 pm Lunch
  • 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm Read
  • 4:00 pm - 5.00 pm Power Nap
  • 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Walk
  • 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm Blogging
  • 10:30 pm - 11:00 pm Meeting Al Araf 7:7
I gotta shape up soon.

By the look of it I don't think I can afford to meddle with External Affairs.  That's it.  As of this moment  I only focus on the Universe Within.

Let's go back to the time I am the most happiest.  The year was 1986.  I was a 22 years old carefree spirit.  Life was simple then.  

I want to go back to that time.  All I do is read and run.  I don't get involve with those Malaysian students then of who I cannot relate.  I am in the pursuit of self discovery.

Without a girlfriend and no authority to breathe behind my neck, I was totally a free man.

I like simplicity, Juice.  Simple but not simpler.  

Hence I will simplify my life.  I become a Hedonist Hermit AND an Athlete Warrior and a Wandering Sufi and a Zen Monk.

What is the common denominator?  I minimize human contact.  I just listen to the radio and talk to you.  In addition, I got voluminous books I promise to read.
