Everyday my frame of mind varies. It all depends on my mood. If I feel good, then my outlook is cheery. If I feel down, then [ ] perspective is gloom.
It's very much chemical. Insulin, dopamine oxytocin are all instrumental in effecting my mind. Two ways for me to change my state, food and movement.

Food is the quick fix. So is Nicorette. Another dose of feel good activity is the Morning Show. All these are extrinsic in nature.
I need to do it intrinsically. That way I am in charge of my well being.

I am being polite here. I don't want it to be an abrupt ending but I agree with you. No more CC2U. I was doing it to keep the local players in the loop. I think Hak Kerajaan Malaysia is already handling that.

I can now liberate myself from Talent Management. The Cybernetic Loop is almost perfect.
