I had initiated I am AlphaX64 and Shinu Kikai O Momotomo to achieve my main objectives. These two blogs will remain dormant for the purpose of addressing these purposes:

I must say this is the best operation that I ever execute. The casualty on my part is a little hypomania and a lost of sleep a couple of nights. The effect is I missed my Couch to 10 k for 2 days. Also it had been raining in the afternoon. Thus I will get back on track starting tomorrow morning.
Now that all these are out of the way, my focus will be on the training until end of the year.
