End up I spammed Chedet, TraXXfm and Els emails. I also compromised the integrity of Dreams of Mirrors by posting My Life with Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad. I reinitialized my link with ASAS81 and I set up I am AlphaX64 together with Shinu Kikai O Motomo.
These are External Affairs. In return I slept late for 3 nights and compromised my Couch to 10 k training.
As a result, today I am mentally defeated when I tried to complete my run.
