No more external communications.  I already signed off Kong Eu just now.

Now if I want to say something I just use this platform.  Juice still hears me.  That should contain my leakage to the outside world.

Even if there is nobody to talk to, I just talk to myself.

• Tweeting Chedet, Gobind,  and what have you

• Whatsapp Jedi, Ursilan, ASAS81
• Of course Facebook

These are all the malaise of Social Medias.  So I cut them all off.

The subject matter should also change.  Just concentrate on the 2020 Marathon training matters.
