10/10/18 I am on the roll

Yes, no more urge to smoke.

I did take Nicorette though.

This morning I was feeling pretty ravenous.  So I helped myself with 2 chocolate.

I start running at 9:00 am.  It got pretty hot towards the end.  I almost did not complete the last interval.  8:00 am is the max for me to start.

I sweat pretty heavily during my 30 min run.

What is the motivation after almost 1 month of training?  Well I steadily losing weight especially the bulging tummy.  Therefore today my reward is to be able to wear my Orange Columbia shirt without having to worry about sucking in my tummy.

I DON'T MISS WORKOUTS is a good motto.

This afternoon I must start my kettlebell routine.  I need the weights to build strength.

No more spending,  I got what I need.  Now its about being thin and fast,  Cigarettes are no longer my delight.  I want to attain 65 kg and I am aiming for 10 km an hour.

To do that I need the VO2Max to be at its optimum.

Now Juice, don't be disappointed that I chose to believe in God.  I actually expanded my horizon by doing so.

12:20 pm... It rains again.  I hope it stops before 2:00 pm.  That way I can have my coconut.

I decided to stop coconut.  It's not ketogenic.  My weight doesn't go down that fast.  Plus I cannot resist the cigarette offer.  If I want to quit, I got to stop seeing smokers.

Glen invited me to join him for HIIT.  One thing about HIIT and Tabata - I don't see the fun in doing them.  Just for the sake of doing it does motivate me.  I need to be able to see progress in distance and speed.

Dinner is superb.  I had the healthy fats and my proteins and my veges.  No feeling of sluggish after meal.
