I need to be free from nicotine if I want to claim fresh air.
The root cause is weight. I need to get rid of 30 kg of weight. To do that is eating ketogenic diet and exercise. So no coconut. I might as well eat the Puay Chai Combo. That will also prohibit me from smoking.
Also I should do OMAD instead of eating coconut. But to be fair I eat 16/8 and see how it goes.
No coconut. Coconut equals smoking.
Remember, eat 80% fat.

On the second thought, I eat coconut every day...
I need the energy and the nutrients. I need the company. I just don't smoke. I can do it.
NO NO NO, no coconut. Just coconut oil.
Follow ketogenic, proven to lose weight.
Basically to lose weight:
- Cut 30% food by doing 16/8
- Eat 80% fat
- Exercise am & pm

OK I decided on coconut:
- I am healthier on coconut
- I enjoy coconut
- I don't get bored eating coconut
- It is a super food
- Can get rid of stroke, diabetes and calcium deposit
- Eliminate kidney stones
As long as I maintain below 100 grams of carbs a day, I will be OK.
I got to settle this issue once and for all. In the next 3 months I maintain my current diet strategy.
