7/10/18 Still high on carbs

Morning, 3-in-1 and cookies. I spent the energy on tennis.  No regret.

Lunch was superb.  The Tempoyak gave the zing to the chicken burger.  I ate the coconut oil.

Dinner, I blew the quota.  Many delicacies like chakoi, putu, apam balik and McDonald's chocolate caramel pie.

I still ate butter and coconut oil.

So to compensate, I eat apple tomorrow.

I don't think I can do OMAD and exercise am and pm.  Apple alternate with coconut will do.

Juice, do you think I am on the right track?  The oils certainly curb my sweet tooth.  Now is to maintain 80% fat.
