4/10/81 Last day smoking.

I cannot kid myself.  I had not quit smoking all these while.  Worse, I did not quit Nicotine.

This morning I manage to hold back the Nicorette until 11:30 am

At 11:00 am I took Nescafe with cream and vadey.  NOT HEALTHY but taste good.

I will not smoke today.  As long as I smoke I cannot get rid of Nicorette.

The UM swimming pool is closed.  I checked the Club's swimming pool.  They use One Card.  I will lock RM50 in the card.  I think I rather use UM Pool.

Coming back to Nicorette, it is better to chew the gum then to smoke.  So I think I continue chewing until I finish this stock.  I hardly have the desire to smoke.  Just the habit.  I should not smoke to get rid of the cigarette memory.

  • No smoking
  • No Nicorette
  • 16/8
  • No starch and sugar
  • Eat Coconut
  • Eat LCHF
  • Exercise am and pm
Eat less live longer.  Rats reduced30% food (ie: skip breakfast) lived 30% longer.  Keep fasting and eating coconut.  Then compensate the calories at night with LCHF.
