6/10/18 Hair Dye and Probiotic

Last night I bought JS Black Pearl Hair Dye for RM23:00:

The product delivers.  I got black hair in 30 minutes and plenty of leftover for future use.  This is something I can use for a long run.  Perhaps once every 2 months (that's is 1 month after a hair cut and another month after I dye).

Today's lunch is fantastic.  We got fermented Durian mixed with chili that I eat with green herb called Ulam Raja.  I had a mouthful of rice as the closure.  The food feels great; 2 burger beef, mixed vege omelet and black pepper beef.

With regards to food:
  • Don't eat food that are man-made
  • Eat LCHF
  • Eat 30% less - no breakfast 16/8
  • Eat food with probiotic - body feels great

Now I think I have the momentum to exercise.  Most importantly I already see a reduction in weight,  It seems I am progressing towards my goals:
  • I reduced smoking
  • I reduced Nicorettes
  • I REDUCED carbs
  • I reduced weight
  • I am 100% with my Couch to 10 k
This is only WEEK 3.

My worry is my money management.  I need to manage spending RM100 a month.
  • Coconut oil - every month 
  • Magnesium - every 2 months
  • Vitamin B - every 2 months
  • Fish Oil - every 3 months
  • Hair dye - every 4 months
  • No more Krim Wak Uban
  • Fair and Handsome - 2 months
  • Brylcreem - 4 months
