1/10/18 Still struggling

I ate a chocolate cake this morning.

I started my run at 8:00 am instead of 7:00 am.

I eat Nicorette.

All because I feel lousy.  I must fight sleepiness, laziness, inertia and procrastination (SLIP).

After the run, I feel great.  I need to exercise no matter what.  That is my ticket to health and happiness.

Jack Lalane book is great,  It is an easy reading with a lot of photos that inspire.

I need to stick to the plan.  Diet is important.
