9/10/18 ***Fasted State Exercise

It's a myth that you have to eat before exercise.  It is also a myth that you have to eat after exercise.  Your body have fat storage to last for a month.  Use the excess.

Hence I do 16/8 while swimming today.  I don't feel deprived at all,  There were some initial pangs but they are no worse than the usual 16/8 pangs that I am used to.


I do take Nicorette gum though.  That is nothing compared to the Super Combo Nasi Lemak.

Carbs is the culprit.  One coconut or apple is enough for lunch.  The rest I derive from fat.

I don't think I want to go full Keto due to the vitamins and nutrients I get from coconut.  So I have the Puay Chai Combo on Friday.  That is my reward for the week.  Definitely no rice.  When possible avoid processed food especially sugar.

My dope and cigarette days are over.  I am high on fresh air and water.  This is the month I transform into an Athlete Warrior.  What I put inside my body matters as much as the output I produce from exercising.

When I think of the time I had distorted thoughts about god, the afterlife and my whole perverted world view, I was so influenced by substances including cigarettes.  The worst is Al Araf 7:7 and the occurrence of the 7:7.

We wish to believe what we want to believe.  I had so many Distorted Beliefs base on religion and influenced by substances.

Maybe Al Araf 7:7 is not that bad.  It's the impaired judgement because of the substance,  They fueled my imagination.

Juice is right, there is no God, no afterlife.  This is the real deal and we have one shot at it.

I should no longer listen to Iron Maiden.  Total disaster...
