I had been busy for the past one month trying to get the best formula to set course for the next 3 months.
Thoughts on the supernatural just don't register anymore. I live an ordinary life.
I managed to downplay cigarettes. Now is to get rid of it for good. The only way is by becoming a[s] athlete. I can stop smoking by chewing Nicorettes. Now is to stop Nicorette.
My Couch to 10 k is doing good. I take it as an interval training. Slowly I am adding swimming and elliptical. I can feel the momentum building up.
As for food, I decide to do my version on LCHF with coconut consumption during lunch and eat supplements and fats. At night I eat ala ketogenic.
I need to reduce weight pretty fast. Realistically I can go max 10 kg in 3 months.
Two ways I can lose weight, diet and exercise. I should quit smoking at all cause. I try again tomorrow. If I don't quit smoking, I cannot quit Nicorette. Sorbitol induces insulin.
I decided to swim at The Club, which is 5 minutes away from my house and costs RM10.60 with RM1 parking than drives 30 minutes to University Malaya and only pay RM5.00. I think the fuel equates the difference. Another plus point of The Club, it opens as early as 7:00 am.
