2/10/18 I got to set the record straight

No smoking, no carbs, exercise.

I have to continue with Nicorette though.

Gosh I feel like smoking.  I feel slightly under the weather.  I think after this morning workout I will be better,

Managed to walk for 40 minutes.  I must sweat every day, not smoke and eat LCHF.  The 3 priorities.

I ate Nasi Lemak with 2 hard boiled eggs.  That certainly boosted my mood.

What I do is just eat like this on 16/8.  Just RM3 meal.  The next day I have coconut.

Let's map my meal:

  • Mon - Telur Penyet RM6.50/coconut RM4
    • Tue - Puay Chai Combo RM5
  • Wed - Ayam Penyet RM11.90/coconut
    • Thr - Nasi Lemak 2 Eggs RM3.00
  • Fri - Mutton Beriyani RM9.00/coconut

The aim is to be thin without being ravenous.  I think the coconut can do the job.

I need a change of mindset.  I got to get rid of the smoker mentality.  Not even 1 stick.

The Nasi Lemak did me good.  I didn't feel sleepy.

Still smoked 2 sticks today.
