I got to stay focus on my goals. The temptation to smoke is there though is not that high. That is why I will shift to 4 mg Nicorette today. In addition, I think I eat Ayam Penyet today.
The coconut routine gotta stop. This kinda hard because I feel that the coconut is an ideal food.
The dope session yesterday was good. It is about becoming a better runner, ironically.
I need perspective on running again. I was looking for the Runner's World magazine. Cannot find any in Malaysia. I think I just buy Men's Health instead.

I will get back on track to be thin. I already invested on the sporting goods. Only 1 week setback. Don't break the rhythm.
I got it right, it's just I got to get familiar with my new routine.
