20/10/18 Had a good sleep

I woke up at 10:00 am since the night before I had little sleep.

My LCHF diet is slipping.  I am starting to take in carbs.

I think from now I just focus on having LCHF on week days and eat normal on weekend.  Eating out with the family is a challenge.

Need to be consistent with the workouts too.

I think I just stay away from Chedet

  10. Late sleep

  2. OMAD
  3. Ayam Penyet
  4. Puay Chai Combo
  5. Telur Penyet
  6. Supplement and Oils
