2/10/18 Why I still smoke

It is the habit of smoking that hooked me.  I need to shake it off.

I need to lose weight.  Once I am thin I feel good again.  It's already 2 months.  Very minor improvement.

So I need to keep persisting.

A few concerns:

  • I still cannot decide on my proper diet
  • I still smoke
  • I still chew Nicorette
I intend to eat coconut 3 times a week while eating Puay Chai Combo and Nasi Lemak (only once every 2 weeks) on the alternate days.

I need to reduce food intake.  Eat less exercise more.  At the same time I maintain 16/8 diet.


Got to fight the inflammations.


With all these knowledge. I should be able to lose weight and be fast.



I have to find my own formula:
  1. Eat 16/8 at 2:00 pm - Supplements, Coconut Oil and Butter
  2. Eat Coconut - 42 grams carbs
  3. Eat dinner at 8:00 pm - LCHF with Butter
  4. No Cigarette
  5. Continue with Nicorette until end Dec
