I need to lose weight. Once I am thin I feel good again. It's already 2 months. Very minor improvement.
So I need to keep persisting.
A few concerns:
- I still cannot decide on my proper diet
- I still smoke
- I still chew Nicorette
I intend to eat coconut 3 times a week while eating Puay Chai Combo and Nasi Lemak (only once every 2 weeks) on the alternate days.
I need to reduce food intake. Eat less exercise more. At the same time I maintain 16/8 diet.
Got to fight the inflammations.
With all these knowledge. I should be able to lose weight and be fast.
I have to find my own formula:
- Eat 16/8 at 2:00 pm - Supplements, Coconut Oil and Butter
- Eat Coconut - 42 grams carbs
- Eat dinner at 8:00 pm - LCHF with Butter
- No Cigarette
- Continue with Nicorette until end Dec
