17/10/18 Back to square one

Today I quit smoking again.  No more coconut for this year.  No more meeting smokers including BJ.  I shall concentrate on my Emperor's Routine.  This afternoon I try running again.  I cannot back down.

This is just a temporary setback.  I already built the momentum.

You know Juice, you are right.  Top priority is the no smoking.  I don't want to decrease my VO2Max.  Need to erase smoking from my thought.

BJ gave me this quote today:

Currently I missed two sessions W5/D1 and W5/D2.  On the first session I got doggie poo on both my running soles.

See, doggie poo.  I got a pesky stray rat in my house too.

These are real.  On the day the Port Dickson by election happened I got diarrhea.  These are signs.  How can I ignore them?

OK meeting with BJ:

Basically he is my real friend.  We talk about administrative matters.

Of course we are interested in the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Then we talk about the Lorong Raja Bot (Boat King Lane).  My Wyse took me there instead of the actual *l[u]cation.  The road ends at a dead end; the final stop of the spider web in Chinatown.

*I know it was done on  purpose.  BJ said I am Raja Bot - Robot King.

You see Juice, I am Clockwork Orange.  I am basically is the center of the spider web.

I can only be somebody special for all these things to happen.

I am the Binary King along with BJ.
