15/10/18 Gotta quit eating coconut

Body still feels weak.  I skip the morning run in exchange of a muffin and nasi lemak breakfast.  Lets  see if I can do kettlebell at 10:30 am.  Then I run at 6:00 pm.

This is Week 5.  Let's continue with the momentum.

I decided to skip kettlebell in order for my body to fully recover.  The run is more important.

Already 1 month on the running routine.  All it takes is 9 months of training and no smoking.

 I ate coconut today.  I ended smoking 3 cigarettes.
