Initially I was gasping for air due to the cigarette but after the second round I felt great.
I am borderline high BP. Two things I must do:
- Quit smoking
- Lose weight
It's quite timely that I take the action to quit smoking and exercise. I am heading for disaster. Definitely health over wealth.
Dinner is superb. 3 fish filet coupled with tempoyak (it taste like tartar sauce). I also have broccoli and cauliflower. In addition I have omelet. I don't miss rice at all. After dinner I took in butter and coconut oil.
Funny thing is my BP is lower after the meal though my pulse is higher.
I had lost the urge to smoke after meal. I think I continue with Nicorette until end of year.
I think the supplements and oils regulate my insulin to the point I don't feel like smoking anymore.

On a different topic, I should stop receiving money from Konek. I manage with what Balqis gives me. If I get RM300 from her a month and the RM1000 from her bonus, that is RM4600 a year. My biggest spending are the supplement. The most important supplements are the coconut oil and the fish oil which is RM166 every 2 months.
I can do away with magnesium and vitamin B (RM150 every 2 months). That I get from coconut.
The Fair and Handsome and Nivea Whitener I can afford.
No need Krim Wak Uban and hair dye.

I make do with coconut oil on Saturday
All I need is RM300 a year for running shoes and RM200 for race registrations.
Then again what is RM2000 a year for a multi-millionaire? After all it is for my Hari Raya expenses. I want to show off my progress too.
Finally, I need 2 bottles of perfume every 5 years. I get a Polo Red Intense 125 ml (RM109) and Nautica Voyager 100 ml (RM150). The Nautica is too expensive. I'll go for Hugo Boss 150 ml (RM150) or Channel Homme Sport 100 ml (RM109). Check Teddy and Paris, all those are testers.
