I set the record straight. It's OK to be a little hungry. Ketogenic diet is 80% fat.
I am banging my calories on the oils and butter. My nutrition is from coconut and my LCHF dinner.
Coconut is 43 gram carbs. So this is not a keto diet. This is a 16/8.

Today is my best attempt to not smoke and eat 16/8 with coconut. It is also my attempt to exercise am & pm.
- I got to prove to Amarpreet that I am doing fine despite the medication. I got 3 months to lose 30 kg. Then I meet the good doctor. By then I need to prove I am in control of my situation.
- It is this 3 months that I got to run 10 km. I need to be light to run fast.
- Running fast is about VO2Max - Do not smoke cigarette

I will continue with Nicorette until end of this month, That is until I cut off from cigarette starting today.
I got to drop down insulin by increasing the consumption of healthy fats.
I CAN and WILL not smoke today.
I got to shake off Nicorette if I want to lose weight fast. This is to ensure the 16/8 works.
As an alternative I use Eclipse Mints just in case I have the urge for cigarette
