15/8/18 ***Focus on what matters

Today is already half way through August.  I think I can handle this smoking cessation.

I don't have the desire to smoke today even after meal.

In addition I bought magnesium, B vitamins, fish oil and coconut oil.  All these supposedly help the body to deal with quit smoking.

Next is to sleep early (12:00 am) and to wake up early (6:15 am).

I'll start my exercise at 7:00 am and end at 8.00 am

Then I just listen to Morning Show Final Hour.  I am beginning to feel I am putting my life on hold listening to others living their life.

Coffee is after exercise with maybe a bread or 2 crackers.

IT IS ABOUT WEIGHT!  So food intake is important.  I still eat rice for lunch.  Tomorrow I just try egg salad I prepare at home.

My problem is because Mopey must eat rice.  Perhaps I practice OMAD.  It's not that difficult.

Yes I think I do that tomorrow.

I also need to read the marathon books.  I'll do it after lunch.  That should free my time before lunch to do house chores.

6.00 pm - 7.00 pm I exercise again.  This is my advantage as a stay home writer.  I have the luxury of time.  Need to spend minimum 2 hours a day exercising.

After dinner, I write my blog.

That should be my daily activities.

So it I start blogging at 9.00 pm and finish at 12.00 am, then Juice don't have to adjust her sleep to suit mine.  It is still within her waking hours.

The “Recommended Daily Allowance”, or RDA, for Magnesium in the United States is approximately: 400 mg per day for men. 

I need 2 capsules of that.
