23/8/18 Still need the gum

After I chew the gum I felt better.

This time I got to fight depression.  I got to fight my dependency on cigarettes and car[d]s - 2 weeks to get rid of carbs craving.

Everything is so bland.  I need to start fighting this down-cycle at least for 3 months.  I need to lose weight.

No meeting any of my friends until Ramadan.  Until then I got to run, run and run everyday.  I'll start with walking 1 hour a day.

As long as I don't smoke I am OK.  Other things can come later.

  • Quit smoking
  • Eat low carbs
  • Exercise minimum 1 hour a day.

Had chicken and salad.  No rice.  Then I took 2 spoonfuls of coconut oil.  It feels great.
