15/8/18 ***The key is in the moving

Everyday I have to find a reason to be mobile.  I cannot sit still.  Even my mind need to be occupied.

I got to live on purpose all over again.  Forget [about you know] about what you know.  They are all illusions.

This is the reality:  You just [dis]covered from Bipolar Affected Disorder and no[t] you are trying your level best to correct your past mistakes starting with accepting these fundamental discoveries:

  • There is no God
  • There is no afterlife
  • There is no justice
Ultimately you are responsible for what you do with your life.  You got it figured in 2012.  Why did you reverted back?  All because I experience unconditional love with Brenda.

Now we all know even Brenda is an illusion.  This time the decision to become an atheist should be based on some honest reasoning and the lack of evidence.  It should not be based on inferences and assumptions.

I also should be able to accept that this decision is mine alone based on my personal experience and has nothing to do with my association  with anybody else.

In another words, I am fully responsible for my decision to be an atheist.  

Atheist, apolitical and irreligious.  That also means I am not going to be concerned with the thinking of the masses ranging from what is trending to which football team is the best.

I am going to be pretty much like the Olympians.  My focus is myself and my 3 goal[]:
  • Fresh Air
  • Be Thin
  • Be Fast
It is very tempting to fall into the hedonistic lifestyle that atheists are normally associated with.  However knowing there is no permanency and you time is finite, I by choice decided to leave my mark in this world as a human being who had lived his life living his full potential.

Since we were anatomically built [] a runner, I decided to live my golden years as a man fully functioning; a long distance runner.

As a runner, my material needs are minimal.  *[All care] is if  I can run far and if I can run fast.  The rest of my possessions are merely support tools to help me focus on this pivot.

* Seriously folks?  Is that all that you wish?

Therefore it is my best interest to keep my world microscopic.  My lust is to be a good animal again.  The food that I eat should reflect my daily activities.  

The people that I deal with should be those who support my running career.  Otherwise they are just clouds in the coffee.

The smaller the footprint the better.  How I wish I am Dean Karnazes; read (in his case audio books), run and write.

What I can imagine I can do.  Once I visualize in my mind it is already real to me.

My goodness I don't need to run hundred of miles.  All I need to do is run Bukit Kiara every week.  To do that I got to run 5 km around my little 600 meters loop every day.

Seriously Juice, all I want to do is read, run and write.  I want to return to my body.  I want to experience bliss EVERY DAY!

It's all about health and happiness.  If I have that then I am a success.
